Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard domestic shipping typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days after processing.
Please note: If your order includes items fulfilled by different partner brand warehouses, your items may arrive in separate packages with individual tracking numbers.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
P.O. Boxes
Some of our delivery carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a physical address is required for your order, we will contact you via email prior to shipping.
